no cars in the yard
the property looked decent yard was tidy short grass
getting closer to the house thats when i noticed it was abit of a run down situation sheets on the windows broken window panes dusty verandas

i saw a few prospects in the malvern area , but which is this venue u speak off ?
i did go to a place on the main road past the pnp about 200mtrs and take the left turn its the steep downhill and the house is near the top
anastacia was there they have space to park outside but if you park inside the drive way has this curbing that you really got to climb over
if you dont wana get blocked in cos the driveway kinda just fits 2 cars and the wg was in the garage that was converted into a room was
cold and not very pleasing

@nevil main road is a black building were u park at the back rooms not very nice.....then hopewell road its after malvern centre a real drug den ...then battersea road oh my word theres like a milion dogs coming to sniff ur crotch place stinks ....griffin place filthy as hell!!! hey jb must try the new mcdonalds in malvern when u exit the place you will notice the whorehouse is rite opposite the exit
i think that place might close up now cos theres way to much exposure there now
