Girls are offering online content. Once payments made they go quiet. Nothing is sent. It's very annoying. How does one report these girls?

You can maybe send an email to Redvelvet. I'm not sure anything will happen though.
My advice for the future is please don't buy content from these women unless it's through an official platform with a good website, official app, and proper payment gateways. I don't give a rats ass about who says they are an honest person if don't have assurance that you will receive what you paid for then don't take the deal. They must stop peddling content so free handedly and make an Onlyfans, fansly, or something...
