Brooklyn, Rugby on Koeberg Road. And most likely Voortrekker Road in Bellville/PArow/Goodwood. BUt boet - you're looking for shit going there. It will be cheap, but you are possibly going to be exposed to all sorts of dodgy shit - disease, drugs and possibly violence. Be very careful.
