If rating the punters leads to discounts or special services for highly rated ones then you should.
I often thought about WGs having a forum for that kind of thing.

Hygiene and pride in appearance should be not negotiable for both parties - but truth be told - the punter has somewhat of a right to his expectations, as per what he saw in the ad, what was promised etc. And the biggie - hes the one making the payment.
Again - with all due respect, he should be clean and tidy, but he neednt be an oil painting (prob the reason he has to pay)
