How do I get a burner SIM because you have to RICA a SIM when you buy one.

I found that it is quite easy.
Go to a cell phone repair shop and ask for a sim card that's already RICA registered. I paid R5 I think.
I heard from wgs that they often get them free from on street network promoters.
