Hey Test. Have been to her and it is the same guesthouse. It's under new management now and they are a lot more strict about which girls work from there.
They did have an issue with a previous tenant so its a more controlled environment these days.
I did not have any issues whatsoever and the experience was great. Also note she does not work late hours so you won't be part of the crazy night train.
Visit her when you can, you won't have any regrets. They don't make them like this anymore ;-)

So what issues did you have at Oakleigh Avenue before @ test? I've been there many times and except with the clash of punters a few times I didn't really have any issues. I infact thought it's a safe venue

I believe it depends on the individual. As with most wgs, if you click with her then it can be a combination of GFE / PSE.
Regarding fees, her rates are pretty good in my opinion considering the quality of service you getting from a slender attractive lady.
I can't give exact fees for the girls as I don't think it's proper to publish rates on here, give her a call or send her a WhatsApp to query.

In my experience, the girls in Durban have a very difficult time with venues.
It seems Durban is famous for landlords and neighbors that have nothing better to do than to watch how many times the front gate opens. Add to this housewife insecurity in the suburbs and corrupt cops always hovering around for freebies.
Eventually the wg will have to switch / cycle venues. Some have to resort to using hotels which results in much higher booking fees due to increased accommodation costs.
I've always found venues like this one in La Lucia to be better suited as they don't hassle the girls and mainly operate as a guesthouse. The location is also very convenient. Over the years, some of the best girls from JHB and PTA have preferred to use this venue so it seems that things will get better soon.
I'd avoid sharing exact locations of venues on here publicly as certain unscrupulous individuals do read this forum and will attempt to mess up a good thing.

My apologies - I have deleted that post.
I visited Lilith today - a very pleasant visit. Personality has sparkle - chirp, humour and some wit.
Works really hard to keep you happy - excellent oral skills.
The infamous venue was fine - parking in the rear and slipped into her room. Room was ok, but a bit dated.
Her rates are reasonable and she does not time watch.

Saw the lovely Lilith once again this morning. Great start to the day.

I make the drive to Kloof at least once a week for business so it's not an issue for me. Always great to see her and she's working in quite a nice loft which is very private, neat and discreet. Most girls at venues are always out to one-up each other, and I think she has had it with working at "houses". One of the best experiences Durban has to offer if you rub her the right way ;-)
