Hey guys ive decided to take it home. im try to open a punter place or massage place at Empangeni. Please help me by management or advice, what to do what's not etc.i just need help.

Empangeni seems to be dry. I only know two WGs in Empangeni. But from a punter's point of view, I can say you need substantial investment. Your place need to be discreet, we hate being seen. Rooms need to have proper aircons, as you know it is warm in this side. Beds need to be comfortable and quiet. The place must be clean. You must have some parking space.
