Anyone know any decent hourly rooms in Cape Town? Something central or southern suburbs - cbd, Obs, Rondebosch etc

Would also love to know. Seems to be alot of only outcall WG's atm in CT some of them very hot with great reviews. Just dont want to book a hotel for a whole day/night.

There is a place in Buitenkant Street called Forchutec Guest house. I think you may have luck there. I have seen ladies there that definitely didn't book a full day.

I tried out Afrite Rooms in Woodstock. 150 per hour, 200 for 2.
Pretty decent. Also tried Karibu Lodge in Wynberg, similar prices. Prefer Afrite but it did the job.
