Yes you can touch. Before any payment and treatment starts, you meet the girls and you have a chat and agree on the services and the price. If you happy, can continue, if not, you are free to leave.
There are about 3 or 4 rooms in the house. The room I used was simple, neat and clean with a massage bed. Used oil for the massage. You can shower after and you can shower with the girl as well. It does not form part of your time... You get 15 minutes extra to shower.
